Our 5 Pillars of success are the foundational principles that defines our distinctive value.
Internally, it is our guide to how we operate irrespective of our position and responsibilities.
Outwardly, it succinctly showcases the exact difference on what we do, how we do and why we do it.

1.
The 70/30 division is a foundational principle weaved into the fabric of our company. From how we interact with our clients (70% listening, 30% talking) to the allocation of our resources (70% is always invested back into our company and employees). This ensures we never stop growing or lose focus on what matters.
2.
A vital ingredient that got us to the moon and beyond. Imagination is not just reserved for when we daydream but are actively pursued when tackling issues with fresh perspectives. Applied consistently, we often start from the end goal and reverse-engineer a way, this has become our key to inventing new solutions.
3.
Statistically speaking, there is simply no need for yet another marketing agency in Hong Kong so we would much rather be contrarians than follow suit, take the hard route and swim against the current than the easy way into the fisherman’s net because after all, what success has come out of simply doing more of the same?
4.
As experts in what we do, we find ourselves disagreeing with others often but instead of giving up to avoid confrontations, we embrace them and resolve these objections by backing up our suggestions and setting expectations with commitments, data, subject authority, testimonials and case studies. This is in essence how we walk the talk.
5.
As convenient as it may seem, nothing that comes out of a can is good no matter if it’s vegetables or a business solution. Instant gratification brought mediocrity into prevalence extincting mosaics and stained glass windows, this is why we turn down those we cannot meticulously devote to but just because we care about quality does not mean we neglect speed.
