We are very particular about how we give back precisely because we are not all talk and no action
- Pro Bono: The team at Loditar spends 5 hours a month (normally an hour every Friday) where we free ourselves from distractions and completely detach from everything else to wholly dedicate our time in our pro bono efforts. We do this to ensure that our help is consistent and are up to date with the current challenges of our beneficiary partners.
- Volunteering: As firm believers of volunteerism, we provide support to our members of staff who wish to participate in local community events. Loditar either join as a team or provide paid volunteer time off for causes that are important to them.
- Sponsorships: We support local SMEs, social enterprises and NGOs with much needed differentiation on the market with the support program at Bargain Birdy by providing a direct reach to selected groups of private residential homes in the upper income bracket in exchange for their exclusive offers in return and creating a win-win solution for all parties involved.

Loditar believes that marketing helps shape experiences, perspectives and to some degree even the world. So it is our responsibility to wield this powerful tool ethically and towards good causes.
This is why we have decided to lead by example and established the first pro bono marketing program in Hong Kong catering towards not only non-profit organizations but local businesses that have contributed towards the betterment of society.

Loditar's Pro Bono Policy
We enter into a maximum of three pro bono partnerships a year where we we will continue working in tandem throughout the year.
Our beneficiaries do not necessarily have to be non-profit organizations and we select our partnerships based on six main factors below:
Direct Communication
A direct line of communication with the business owner and decision maker is the first and most basic consideration we take into account when selecting our beneficiary.
Your Values
A major deciding factor on our partnership lies with how much of our values align. Loditar treasures professionalism, open communication and respect at the workplace.
Creative Freedom
Our partner should work with us because they trust us professionally and not merely because it is free. As such, we should be responsible for defining the problem and solving it.
Mutual Respect
Mutually agreed upon goals are set and boundaries are drawn so that results can be measured. If lines are repeatedly crossed, the relationship will swiftly be terminated.
Your Commitment
Time should be regularly set aside as a business priority because our pro bono partnerships should be equal, meaning equal participation and equal reward (non-monetary of course).
Community Involvement
We believe resolving our local domestic issues at home should always come first. As such, NGOs that prioritizes issues aboard will generally be very low on our wait list.
