Telephone Chat
We begin the process with the focus of getting to know you. This informal interaction allows us to ask each other questions and get a feel of our potential working together. Take this opportunity to ask away to gauge if joining us is the right move for you. We will do the same!
Formal Interview
Congratulations on being among the top 10% and making it to this stage! Our face to face interview consist of two stages: Preliminary and Final. At the former stage we establish an in depth understanding of each other and the latter is where we glimpse into your abilities.
Probation Period
We have both decided that moving forward together is a mutually beneficial outcome so this three month period is a great way to experience life at Loditar and for us to confirm if our commitment to work together is truly a win-win for both parties. Welcome to the fam!

Just as we are serious about offering marketing that works at the lowest possible cost to our clients we are just as serious about providing the highest possible work satisfaction for our team. While this may not be the first time you’ve heard a company state this on their website, we are a company that truly follows up on our promise with actions.
Hong Kong is infamous for its high property prices and tough work culture. While we may not be able to directly do much about the former we feel we have the responsibility to do something about the latter.

Job Description:
- Close deals with small to medium business owners and decision makers
- Consistently build and manage a sizeable pipeline to forecast upcoming sales
- Be relentless in your pursuit to win new business and earn commissions
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism even when under pressure

What We Are Looking For:
- High emotional intelligence is an absolute MUST
- A pragmatic optimist would be the ideal candidate

- Able communicator that is capable of establishing trust and authority

- Street smart over book smart so a university degree is NOT required

- Good written and spoken Cantonese and English. Mandarin is not required
- Possessing technical know-how in digital marketing is a plus but not a must
- Likeable and genuine personality that knows when to work and when to play
- Ability to type Chinese would be a small bonus but not required
- At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required

Job Description:
- Design direct mail leaflets and coupons, EDMs and graphics for website and social media
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure your designs are above their expectations
- Be relentless in your pursuit of creativity and consistently maintain a high quality of work
What We Are Looking For:
- A wizard of Photoshop and Illustrator is essential (you will be put to the test)
- Able to persuade clients to love hearing from you and work closely with you
- You must have an obsession of producing high quality and visually appealing work
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising on quality is a basic requirement
- An independent person that is able and willing to work in a small team environment
- A responsible person that takes full ownership of their work and having high standards
- Someone that is not afraid to voice their opinions and contribute to the development of the company
- Be able to channel your creative juices to everything that you touch as you will have complete creative freedom
- Someone who may be interested in leading the design team once our headcount expands
